Privacy Policy

This policy covers vidlantic.com, the Vidlanticmarketing website. It doesn't cover the Vidlanticproduct application (app.vidlantic.com), which will have its own privacy policy once it's publicly available.

Information we collect

Information you give us. If you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you enter. This is sent to and stored by Formspree, our form-handling provider, and forwarded to us by email so we can reply.

Information collected automatically. We use PostHog to understand how this site is used. This can include pages viewed, general device/browser and approximate location information, on-site interactions such as clicks, and session recordings of how you navigate the site. Text you type into form fields is masked in these recordings by default and is never visible to us through this system.

How we use this information

• To respond to messages sent through the contact form.
• To understand how visitors use the site, so we can improve it.
• To detect and fix errors or technical problems.

We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Cookies and your choices

This site currently uses analytics/session recording cookies by default, without asking first. If you'd rather not be tracked, you can email us at hello@promotions.vidlantic.com and we'll opt you out, or use your browser's cookie/tracking-blocking settings.

Third parties we use

• Formspree - processes contact form submissions.
• PostHog - analytics and session recording. PostHog is based in the United States.
• Vercel - hosts this website.

Because some of these providers are based in the United States, information may be processed there or in other countries outside where you're located.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as it's needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law - for example, contact form messages are kept as long as needed to handle and follow up on your inquiry.

Your rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to how it's used. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@promotions.vidlantic.com.

Children's privacy

This site isn't directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we make changes, we'll update the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
